We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or made an incorrect purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so that we can evaluate it and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you where required by applicable law.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or tracking indicates that the package may have been lost, please contact us at info@grindgods.co with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you can request a return of the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item. Return shipping costs for size changes or incorrect purchases are the customer's responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
